He couldn't be more kind & patient with me. We had a problem with a code for one of the pants & Trevor was so kind & patient with us as I had to call my sister in FL. 1. If you do not like the packaging charge, keep tape in your car and do it yourself!
2. As far as respect, you get what you give. I go to this location all the time and frequently see customers disrespecting them first. They have a job to do!
3. They are extremely friendly if you take the time to treat them as human beings and not servants.
4. It is YOUR responsibility to verify the receiving address before you pay. Stop blaming other people for your own mistakes!
This location is local and friendly for me! They know me and appreciate my presence in the store. It makes me feel so welcome and now I don’t mind running package errands.”
