Aries even helped us lower our phone bills by a decent amount and did everything he could to help us save money. They both went above and beyond in helping us but everyone else at the store seemed just as amazing when I saw them helping other people. We hadn’t been to the Manchester store before but now we will definitely be returning for any issues we have. The store was so clean and they have such a better selection of everything than our usual store. “After a week of no internet from another provider I contacted ATT about their 5G internet service. Cole at this store enlightened me on what was available to me. He was well informed about the product and I felt confident about going to the store to get more information and get the ball rolling. I saw Cole on Sunday. The store did not have the right modem but Cole’s manager checked nearby stores and found one. While I was willing to pick it up the manager said she would get it herself. An hour later we returned to the store and picked up the modem. An hour after that we were back up streaming and surfing the web. After the terrible service we had gotten from our 16 year provider our experience with Cole and his manager was refreshing. BTW we have been ATT wireless customer for over 20 years. They know how to retain. Thank you Cole! And please extend our appreciation to your manager as I did not get her name.”

“Came in today to pick up a new phone. Mike was super attentive, explained everything fully, and made sure we for everything we needed. He was also the only person working and multitasked like a champ! He greeted every customer that came in and made sure to help them as quickly as possible. We’ll definitely be back for any other service we need.”
