“Maria and Jeremy were particularly friendly and helpful. Even when their system went down and they had several customers waiting, they remained calm and courteous. Very impressive on a hot, busy, Saturday afternoon!!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
385 Main Street, Manchester CT 06040
“Rented a 10' box truck here last weekend to move to a new apartment. The staff were very professional, the truck was clean and in great shape, they offered me many different options for helping me with the move(ie.blankets, boxes, bags),and the whole process was fairly simple. Returning the truck after business hours was easy using the app. I would highly recommend U-Haul for your transportation needs.”

Budget Truck Rental
430 Tolland St, East Hartford CT 06108
“I have used budget on two occasions. Once is 2019 and again July 2022. I would suggest to make a truck reservation ahead of time because trucks are now rented out more frequently for small business users. Although they didnt have many trucks this time around Liz was more than accommodating to my needs during her hectic day. we has super kind and polite. I would definitely recommend just prepare ahead of time.”

“After having a horrible experience at UHaul on Boston Rd in Springfield Mass, I’m at the Manchester location as they were kind enough to open their bay for a botched Hitch install, very nice staff, wonderful manager and PLEASE GET INSURANCE/ROADSIDE, pay the extra!”
