“I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. “Excellent service. Punctual, very important to me. Opens at 7:30 am, arrived at 7:30 and customers were already inside. Bought fuel injector cleaner, cashier was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in brands and grades of gasoline. I learned something this visit. Higher grades of gas at top tier gas retailers have more detergents to keep my engine running cleaner. Amazing service, saved me a bunch in expensive repairs.”
“I had an issue with my car randomly dying. I had it checked out by two different auto places this week and both assured me my car’s battery and alternator were fine. My car wouldn’t start this morning (making it the 6th time this week). I spoke with Chris on the phone about having my battery replaced. I came down to O’Reilly less than an hour later and Chris was able to remove my old battery and install my new one in less than 20 minutes. He was very patient, calm, understanding, and knowledgeable of the situation. Chris deserves both recognition and a raise for how he handled a very stressful situation with respect and in a timely manner.”
