Thankfully not only did Jose answer, but told me to come by and said he would quote me and perform the service same day . After oil had gotten on my engine it was something that needed to be taken care of quickly. I went next day and he did exactly what he said and took care of the problem and everything looks great now . His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.”
“I needed similar work done on a second car, both being sideswiped. After my 1st experience with them, I asked for them, and they weren’t on this particular agent’s list. As in the first case, G&J did great work, and their overall customer service was excellent. If I had photos from this device, I’d upload some. Maybe, I’ll get back and add on, if possible. After checking all wires and connections and not finding anything wrong I was not charged for this appointment. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While I have free oil changes where my car was purchased, I will bring my Dodge Charger to Executive for all future repairs and oil changes.”

“I had an issue with my car randomly dying. I had it checked out by two different auto places this week and both assured me my car’s battery and alternator were fine. My car wouldn’t start this morning (making it the 6th time this week). I spoke with Chris on the phone about having my battery replaced. I came down to O’Reilly less than an hour later and Chris was able to remove my old battery and install my new one in less than 20 minutes. He was very patient, calm, understanding, and knowledgeable of the situation. Chris deserves both recognition and a raise for how he handled a very stressful situation with respect and in a timely manner.”
“My car was making some odd noises on the highway, and my clutch was suddenly revving.
I found Dynamic Auto randomly and the owner could not have been more decent to me (a stranger, clearly not local with NY plates, and an older female).
He put the car on the lift, confirmed my suspicions about both problems. I asked if he could fix my clutch, he said not then, it was too big a job -- but the car was safe to drive
When I asked how much to pay him, he waived me off. I tried to tip him, and he refused. I would go back!”

I would give 4.5/5 stars because the date that the car would be finished got pushed a couple times, which was annoying.”
