Awful customer service - left vm, no call back. Called again, got a. human who clearly didn't want to answer questions, put me on hold - over 15 minutes, never came back.

Not the most experienced staff you could have at a tire shop, not enthusiastic, lacking customer service experience. You really do not see they are knowledgeable on what they are doing.

I’ve tried calling this location multiple times to make an appointment a year ago and now today, and the phone has never been answered once…North Haven might have less stars, but at least they pick up their calls.??♀️
