“Absolutely great service from the guys at SAF-T. I have been looking for a reliable automotive repair shop in Wallingford since moving up here. I was previously told by the Honda dealership that I had cracked lower control arm bushings. I brought it to SAF-T, along with some other squealing noises that I have been hearing. They did an in-depth inspection and let me know that there was no issues with the bushings at all. The did however find a valve cover leak. Absolutely great communication and had my car turned around the same day. There is a reason why this place has almost 500 5 star reviews. I won’t take my cars anyplace else from now on. They have won me over with fair pricing, honesty, and communication.”

“New to the area so I asked ChatGPT Where are the best place to get an emission sticker was in Wallingford I mean I know it’s pretty standard but just wanted to see what they said and I was so happy that I did. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and seemed trustworthy. We’ll definitely recommend and go back if I need to in the future, grateful to have places like this. I know it’s only $20 right now and that’s standard everywhere, but having the piece of mind that I can go to a mechanic that isn’t going to rip me off Or try to scam me cause I’m a girl is so great. thanks Nelson’s!!”

“Excellent does not even compare to the quality of work this mechanic does. He is above any mechanic I have ever used! He takes such great care of his customers and ensures that everything is done right. I cannot say enough about him. I’ve followed him since he was a master mechanic for Firestone many years ago. He’s simply the best!!!”

“I have been dealing with Audi Of Wallingford and Porsche Of Wallingford for years and frankly, I thought they were the epitome of good customer service until I came to Vertucci. They not only met the customer service levels of Audi and Porsche, but in many ways exceeded them. I am beyond satisfied with how they treated me. How they repaired my car, the timelines of the repair and overall the care that they put into it. They treated my car as if it were their car. I’m just so happy that I chose them for my repair shop.”

“I found Jaime’s Vintage Restorations shop last year when I needed a mold A.S.A.P. She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. She taught me so much that day. I decided to take a class and I have been taking classes ever since. Jamie is not just an owner of a brick and mortar shop for IOD’s and other products. She has compassion for what she does and that shows in everything she creates.”
