I had a Lowe’s protection plan which is a joke and the tech from
Lowe’s that came to fix my machine broke it even worse - he said it was not repairable - only a year old machine that just needed a door sensor
I called Miranda they came right out the next day and fix my machine in 2 hrs price was extremely reasonable - would recommend them to anyone
They even replace my tv motherboard awhile back and saved me from having to get a new TV

They went above and beyond to help my husband get a new phone today. They provided excellent customer service. They explained all of the options and helped him get a new phone and a galaxy watch. They are knowledgeable about Tmobile products and they were very friendly and helpful today. “Spent 2 days getting my phone I paid for in full, went to the store to pick it up and verison had flagged it for fraud protection. Spent 3 hours on the phone resending the same confirmation info 4 separate times, and the person working with me was there the whol time until the store closed. I had to come back the next day and do the same thing again, 9am sharp jose went to bat for me with verisons fraud prevention, got the order to go through, helped me with my phone # transfer issue from my old servce and got me all set up and on the road. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES AND BONUSES, THEY'VE EARNED IT!”

“Going to let my member ship expire. Original got a membership to by pokemon cards for myself and 4 year old daughter. But I could by cards cheaper from a local scalper then the price gamestop is selling the cards for. The company is destroying the hobby. I was going to pre order the entire 30th anniversary set. But not after the six hundred dollar price for the 30th anniversary upc. How are families going to afford that? Gamestop please bring prices back down so families can actually enjoy going to the store. Scalpers like gamestop and the ones that clear out other stores are literally destroying this hobby.”

I just moved around the area and needed a washer dryer, air conditioning, and a few other gadgets and gizmos... sherman did his job with conviction. Got me same day and next day delivery. “Most reviews are old/inaccurate or were experiences that the owner was not aware of or did not get involved with. I had a great experience working with the owner, I arrived a little confused to see my car wasnt clean. I called it out to the owner who then personally redid the entire full detail and more than what I originally paid for without extra charge so make up for a employees mistake. Make no mistake this is a GREAT and respectable business who treat customers right. Sometimes employees take away from the owners name, however the owner treats everyone fair and right and timely. Will be a returning customer for a long time!!”

“The employee Rachael is an exceptional worker and is very on top of what she needs to do. When it came to me needing help she was the first employee to offer it and stayed by my side helping me find a good game for daughter. there’s only few employees who do their jobs most of them just sit around while being rude and barking orders but not doing anything to actually physically help the store get into better shape.”
