Jeffery was awesome. He walked us through every step of the process. Helped us find the right phone for our needs, pick a great plan, and get the accessories that we needed (which he installed for us). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our numbers transferred before we left and made sure we had the customer service number in case anything went wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier or more enjoyable time buying a new phone. I wasn't planning on upgrading my phone that day but I'm glad I did.
We are about an hour away from this store and I’d absolutely go there again for that level of service. 10/10”
“I was trying to find a location that will be able to fix my electronic devices at a reasonable price. I appreciate these guys. They do an excellent job. They were able to get my devices back soon as possible. I brought an iPad there to be fixed my Grandson‘s iPad he broke the power cord connection in and I dropped it off and it was ready to next day very quick And I was able to have the device back for him to use the next day. I also dropped off my PS5 that I had the disc get stuck inside the device and I couldn’t get it out and I was able to get that replacement repair. Everything is working fine. Excellent job price is reasonable.”

I think it’s a corporate scam that ATT allows third party scam artist use there credentials at Target in my case , I feel corporate does this due to greed its a scam
Thanks to Hector and the other rep who got this phone up and running I learned I was scammed and that those people in Target are like a third party. Hector actually was at a food Festival and he helped me soon as I asked I couldn’t get in my acct passcode wouldn’t reset he quickly resolved this issue even though I feel Att is just as bad as T mobile Hector is the reason I decided to give Att another chance to change my view as I was warned about this cell company

Sure to find a seat for him and make sure he was comfortable first before he helped us. He went over every option we had, was extremely transparent, and went above and beyond with each question we had despite it being past 8pm, closing time. Never once did Jomar act like he was in a rush to leave or be rude or anything. He was absolutely the definition of professional and outstanding customer service. We are going to be returning Tuesday the 28th to get two new phones because of how great he was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “They do micro soldering and repairs here. If you know what that digital microscope is then you know what they are capable of. They rebuilt my connector for a canbus decoder for me. If you look at my thumb. It's very small. They can fix any electronics. Very tiny things too.”

“I came to the store with a problem I am having with verizon. I explained the lady over ther clearly on what my problem is. She heard everything patiently and understood what I'm trying to say. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.
She went beyond her limits to help me with and took care of me. I used to pay98$ per month for Verizon even though I paid off my phone. God knows WHY!!!
So when I came her I asked the lady named Baru all the plans. she explained clearly. And you know what I pay only 50$ every month and the phone is free and fully paid off.

“Spent 2 days getting my phone I paid for in full, went to the store to pick it up and verison had flagged it for fraud protection. Spent 3 hours on the phone resending the same confirmation info 4 separate times, and the person working with me was there the whol time until the store closed. I had to come back the next day and do the same thing again, 9am sharp jose went to bat for me with verisons fraud prevention, got the order to go through, helped me with my phone # transfer issue from my old servce and got me all set up and on the road. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES AND BONUSES, THEY'VE EARNED IT!”
