One hell of a gym, old school atmosphere, old school dumbbells and plates.
They have a fridge at the main desk for water, energy drinks and soft drinks.
Highly recommend to check it out .

Been coming here on and off (my own fault) for the past two years. Really nice gym, very lowkey, mature atmosphere, no bs like you get at other gyms in the area. Friendly staff and regulars. Highly recommend. Worth the memebership

Im a powerlifter..i love thus gym and am in the process of trying to get some of the guys from work to join it as well. 24hrs is amazing too, if work 16 hours a day and need flexibility with gym hours...yeah...im in love with this joint.
