“Very clean. I commented on this as soon as I entered the building. It's run by some younger people and I told them that the might want to run the vacuum in the halls since the rooms were so clean. The staff was incredible. For the type of customers we were as cousins who hadn't seen each other for 30 years, ir was great. Very small closet space though...”

“I was stranded on the highway and ended up staying here for the night. Is this the Ritz? No. But it's clean, everything works, I felt safe. The guy at the front desk was quick. The price was great (book directly with the hotel, it'll be cheaper than through one of those booking sites).For a shelter in a storm, this place is perfect”

“We left a filthy hotel and came to this Best Western at 11:00 at night. I could tell immediately after walking into the lobby that we were going to have a much better experience! It was clean and modern and didn't smell like smoke. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. We only had one minor issue. My son found a stain on the comforter on the bed, (they don't use duvet covers,) and refused to sleep under it, so we put it on the floor. I took pictures and showed the front desk clerk the next morning. A manager reached out to us and refunded 50% of our stay. I thought that was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“A good stay at HGI.
This is probably the best smelling hotel I've ever been in. My first thought was a lady with amazing perfume must have walked through the hallway 2 minutes before I did. Then I realized this must be a cleaner or air freshener. I don't know but it was amazing.
Clean and quiet room. Hallway smells nice. Will be my preferred hotel in the area now.”
