“My only issue with this hotel is that when you walk out of your room you are overcome with the smell of pot. Hotels not just the Best Western need to do something about that. It's unfair for those of us that don't smoke to have to smell that stench.”

“The employees I was able to speak with at the desk were so great! They felt southern to be honest, I was blunt to say the higher (up the coast) you go the less friendly it usually gets but not here. My only disappointment was the pool being worked on so kids were not able to enjoy it… but overall had a great experience and would gladly come back and visit the area! Management I forgot the name of the two girls/ladies that worked at those nights but they were phenomenal and professional! Very helpful!!!!”

“I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are always clean. The beds are so nice. It's quiet, even with train tracks along the back of the building. Last t8me I stayed there I had a room towards the rear of the building and barely heard the train wh3n it came through which was only twice. Anyways, the staff is great if and when needed. And last but certainly not least, the (complimentary breakfast) is off 5he chain!!! That means it's really really good. Lol”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I accidentally left my wedding ring set in the room after checking out and didn't realize until I got home and I was devastated. I live 3 hours away. I called the hotel and the housekeeper had turned them in!! The front desk held them in a locked drawer until I was able to come and get them a few days later. There are still good people out there! Excellent service, the front desk employees were so nice and the rooms and lobby were clean and well kept! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
