He was patient & provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service while trying to get my new cell phone replacement phone to work. A SIM card was replaced & it took nearly 4 hrs. for someone in Network to review the issue. It wasn't resolved until I requested a "supervisor". Being an at&t retiree, I know how important customer service is to the company & Brandon EXEMPLIFIED

“My daughter and I had to go into the store multiple times last week, the first time we went in we were greeted by Cameron. It was 7:40 at night and the store closed in 20 minutes. Her phone was not working and we were in desperate need to get this fixed. Cameron went above and beyond and even stayed well passed the stores closing time of 8:00 to help us. Unfortunately there was nothing more he was able to do at the store, so we called AT&T and it was a temporary fix. Fast forward to a few days later and it was broken yet again, had AT&T on the phone and went back to the store where Cameron helped us trouble shoot. Long story short, the phone was replaced by apple…but if not for Cameron being an amazing Customer Service rep and helping us every step of the way, honestly we might not have been AT&T customers anymore. The help on the phone by the other AT&T techs etc, was less than subpar and very frustrating. So A+ to Cameron at the East Haven Foxon Rd location and Thank you ?”
“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”
