I had an awesome experience at this dealership. I worked with Helena O’Connell and Tony Oliva, and from the start they made everything easy and stress-free. I traded in my BMW and picked up a 2019 Mazda CX-5 the same day. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available, showed up, and they walked me through everything clearly—no tricks, no gimmicks, just straightforward answers.
They answered every question I had and made the whole process feel seamless. The atmosphere was comfortable, they even offered refreshments, and I never felt pressured at any point.
I’d absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Helena and Tony were fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs.

I just bought a new car from Quality Subaru. The experience was top notch. The dealership is very clean and organized. All personnel were extremely professional and friendly! My salesman, Mark Stoto, was excellent! He patiently worked with me until all my questions were answered and made sure I was satisfied I was receiving the best deal. He also called a couple of days later to see if I was having any problems or had questions. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru and especially ask to speak with Mark Stoto!

My battery died unexpectedly last night so I called the dealer in Annapolis where we purchased my Subaru. The service desk had already closed for the evening, but James troubleshot the issue with me and ended up driving to my car in order to give me a jump. He went above and beyond in helping me resolve the situation, and today I got a new battery! Thanks, James and Subaru, for being there for me and taking care of my issue!!

Had the pleasure of working with Helena for the purchase of my brand new Crosstrek. Helena really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I had to say goodbye to my 2016 Impreza Hatchback that I owned for 9 years, so I worked with Faith Torello at Quality Subaru in Wallingford, and she was phenomenal!! So patient and accommodating. The process of picking out my 2018 Crosstrek took all of two hours and I was able to drive it home later that day! Faith answered all my questions and made the process seamless and stress free. The best part was how well Faith and the staff loved on my 5 month old Retriever when I brought him back with us. My Crosstrek is definitely dog approved! Thank you so much Faith and Mike!!

I had a genuinely pleasant experience buying a car from Quality. Chris C was knowledgable, professional, and great to work with, and from my initial test drive I had a new car in just a few days. This was my first time buying a car in over 10 years and I was expecting a tough process, but Quality made everything super efficient and did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. I would highly recommend shopping for a Subaru here.

Great experience from start to finish. I usually rank visiting an automobile dealership right up there with tooth extractions and colonoscopies, but these guys changed my mind quickly! Very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and accommodating staff.
Our initial interaction began with owner Joe Blichfeldt. We loved him from the start and you will, too. What a trip! What a guy!
Joe turned us over to Ann Brooks, Sales Consultant, who walked us through everything we needed to make our decision. Ann was our point person from there on, and she answered our (many) questions and concerns completely and professionally - so much so that we pretty-much had our minds made up when we left the dealership that afternoon.
A couple of days later, we went in to finalize the deal and pick up our new car. Ann turned us over to Ed Chen, Finance Manager. Ed patiently ran all the numbers with us quickly and professionally, making the process very easy. We never felt pressured at all during the financial process, where many options need consideration and a decision. Ed gave us the pros and cons on every detail and never once tried to sway us one way or the other.
After completing the financial process, we were back in Ann's hands for the walk-through on the many features of our new car - again, there were many questions (and some repeated questions) that were answered professionally and knowledgably by Ann as she patiently explained all the how-to's and what-ifs of our new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek.
We are very happy with our new car and we highly recommend Quality Subaru of Wallingford!

I bought an '08 forester here recently and had a great buying Experience. Chris Coleman made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous about paying a dealer price for a car so old but he assured me that despite being sold as-is, they would take care of me if a problem popped up right away. It did seem like it was in quite good shape, but a few issues did come up as I expected for an old low mileage car that is now being driven a lot. After waiting for some parts to come in, all the issues have been fixed and I got to drive virtually brand new courtesy cars when they had to keep it in the shop.
