“I sent two packages: one needed to be forwarded, and for the other one I needed a box. The employee helped me remove the old labels from the first package, found a box for me, and showed a lot of patience when I mixed up the order of the addresses on the box.”
“I actually love that this post office is conveniently in the center of town and feels safe. When my boyfriend was deployed they helped me figure out how to send packages and even though it took a while to get through the labeling process, they didn't complain like other post offices. Here, though the staffing was limited I didn't feel like a burden. The line wait time can be long especially depends on time of day -- but that's at every post office. And there may not be an easy drive thru drop off but I've never had issues just walking inside to drop mail after hours at the designated box. I don't think many people who have a good experiences leave enough reviews compared to when there's an issue so I wanted to leave a good note.”
