“Had the two most wonderful employees assist me and my husband yesterday. One helped me find my Susie dent book and the other was super friendly and chatted with us about universal monsters. These two are truly an asset to your store”

“I most recently went to The Paper Store to get my ears pierced! I had been wanting a third hole in both ear lobes and noticed the ear piercing sign in the window a few times so I thought I’d give it a try. I brought my 6 year old daughter with me in case she was interested in also getting her ears pierced. Maggie helped me out this particular afternoon and she made the experience so positive and fun. She was thorough in explaining the process as well as the piercing after care. She also helped make my daughter feel included and helpful. I picked out earrings, we each got lollipops and overall it was fun and nearly pain free, to my pleasant surprise. I highly recommend them and if I decide on a fourth piercing I’d definitely go back!”

“I have been coming to this wonderful establishment, on and off, for years— for holidays, bdays, etc. Today, I was searching for a gift for a one year old. Olivia greeted me. She was so incredibly helpful! She also helped me select a few things to keep my granddaughters entertained on the plane to Florida. I experienced outstanding customer service. Lieliana, who was at the cash register, was lovely as well. These two young woman are examples of great young people with bright futures! They were just lovely! Thank you for being that highlight of my day!”

“This is my favorite location in the area. The manager is kind and organized and runs the best “squishy drop” I’ve seen yet. Streamlines the line and is very fair!”

“The store is clean and organized and the staff was nice. The shelves were stocked and the store was organized. They have self checkout but assist you. I didn't love the pricing on the rugs ($15) but they are larger than when they were $5.”
