  I had to call the company 5 times as they kept doing the opposite to what had been agreed on the phone. They never showed up when expected and always came on the days nobody was available to receive the package. Really terrible service.

  The freight company’s lack of communication was unacceptable. Despite requesting an en-route call, no updates were provided before or upon delivery.   Don’t use this company. Two failed scheduled delivery dates on their part. Saw the reviews but remained optimistic. Unreliable.
