Rude staff! Waited over 20 min for this lady to find my account! She refused to give me her name but yelling at me because she can’t find my account. I have been with Webster for over 10 years never had this problem. All the staff there is rude!

Watch out people this Webster Bank does not accommodate the handicap. Customer service is very poor.

Change Account requirement without notify me, so they charges $21.95 monthly fee for it's Premier Checking. I called to find out why, the customer representative answered the phone said they are very busy and will call me back. Never called me back.
