“My son hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I put air in the tire and drove down to Pete's in Waterbury because it was the closest tire shop, and I wouldn't have made it much further. Cody wrote up the order and took care of the tire right away. Unfortunately, the tire had a big hole in the sidewall. They had my specific tire in stock at their central warehouse, and he said he would be available the next morning. Cody had Chris put on my spare tire, which got us back on the road. He told me to come back the next morning, and they would install the new tire. The following day, I arrived at 8:45, and I was out the door by 9:15! Cody was very professional and courteous, and Chris and Jose did a great job installing my spare and my new tire. It was a great experience and took much less time than expected. Great job at a fair price! Thanks!”

I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. “Best mechanic I’ve been to. Truly an outstanding family-owned and operated business. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist, Julie, to Ken and his father, Ken Sr, was incredibly welcoming.
I brought in a pre-owned car for a PPI. Ken took the time to sit down with me and clearly explain the issues the car had, along with my options. As someone who just moved to Connecticut for school and is a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated his honesty and patience. “I only just had my first experience with All-Tech Automotive and I would highly recommend them. My daughter was in the process of buying a used car and was very interested in one car in particular. I was hesitant to commit to the car so quickly, and was calling around searching for a mechanic to give it a pre-purchase inspection. However, the first several mechanics I called said that they would not be able to look at the car for at least a week. I was afraid to wait an entire week because I didn't think the car would still be available by then. Then I called All-Tech and Kevin went out of his way to help me out. He made sure to have an open bay for the car by the next morning so he could do the inspection. Not only did he check the car out, but then he refused to let me pay for it. He said just to give him my business the next time the car needs work. My daughter and I definitely will, and I highly recommend that you do, too.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this business. My wife and I developed car trouble while en route for vacation in Canada. We had to pull off the interstate at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Three shops refused to even allow us to come by to at least investigate what was going on. Jerry not only welcomed us to stop in, but stayed open and spent nearly 4 hours past closing time (on a Friday!) to get us fixed and back on the road. “4/4/2025. I went to my dealer for 2 yrs with a problem with my Acura front end noise. I was told about Ron at brake&General repair shop.. i was told he is old school,wealth of knowledge about Vehicles! I felt i needed his experience. Ron took 20mins to find my issue.. That the car dealer could not find!!!! I was So happy and appreciated his real mechanics skill. GUYS THIS IS A GOLD FIND IN WATERBURY CONNECTICUT.. Ron shop is worth bringing your vehicle too for real repairs without high cost. He is on lakewood rd in waterbury ct.
