“I have had a couple cars here a few times for service and I was treated well each time. I've dealt with Howie a few times and customer service has always been top notch with clear communication during the whole process. I work on my own car, but there are some things I cannot do on my own or the car is under warranty. Valenti Volvo service center does a good job treating customer cars with respect and providing prompt precise service each time. Recently, they were able to provide me a courtesy car at the last minute which was awesome. I was able to go home and work while the car was being looked at instead of sitting in the dealership all morning.”
