BJ's Wholesale Club is a store where many customers love shopping and know where everything is, allowing for quick trips. The environment is nice and they have everything. Many employees are helpful, with some providing excellent, caring customer service and going above and beyond to assist. The store offers an express pay option, which makes shopping plain sailing for many items. However, some frustrations exist. There is frequently a long line due to a need for additional cashiers. The express pay can be difficult for scanning certain large items like big bags of chips, and staff cannot always help with that aspect. Occasionally, customers have difficulty finding an employee for help, and some encounters with staff can be frustrating or rude, though this is not the norm. The club offers designated shopping hours for Members age 60+ and for First Responders. Services like consistently excellent tire repairs and maintenance are also available.

Service desk had limited personnel at the time of our visit. There were long lines at checkout, but they moved at a good pace. We were able to complete our shopping in under an hour.
