“The Discount Car Rental in Waterbury was open on Christmas eve and saved my family's Christmas. The staff was superb. They were attentive and so kind. Not just for me. I witnessed their efforts to accommodate other customers in their time of need on Christmas eve. The prices are very reasonable and the car ran great . If you are need if a car rental go to Discount Car Rental at 767 Walcott Street in Waterbury CT”
“These guys are really cool and worked with me. When I get my next check I'm going to go see Lou in Wallingford. They were easy to talk to and very understanding when I needed the car and when the tire blew. They were really chill will highly recommend using them. Also a good spot to get work done !”
“The Waterbury Enterprise location is great. The employees on the day of pick-up were exhibiting great patience and friendliness. I had to wait for the van I was renting to be returned and cleaned, so I witnessed a number of other customers' transactions and was impressed at how calm and patient the employees were with everyone during a very busy time. I respected the way they interacted with a customer returning a damaged vehicle and another customer whose rental choice was unavailable. The van I rented was clean, had great gas mileage, and was comfortable.
The process of picking up the van and getting additional insurance coverage was easy and booking through Costco Travel was simple and user-friendly. I received a call from the location on the morning of our return confirming we would be dropping off that day.
Returning the van was also great-- the employee was training a new employee and they did a thorough check of the van before confirming final details and sending me a receipt. Overall, all the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful and the rental process from reserving to picking up to returning was simple!”
“Interesting selection of candy. Really enjoyed the cough drops. Street heat is definitely a must have. Scared everyone in my neighborhood because of all the heat.”
