“The Waterbury Enterprise location is great. The employees on the day of pick-up were exhibiting great patience and friendliness. I had to wait for the van I was renting to be returned and cleaned, so I witnessed a number of other customers' transactions and was impressed at how calm and patient the employees were with everyone during a very busy time. I respected the way they interacted with a customer returning a damaged vehicle and another customer whose rental choice was unavailable. The van I rented was clean, had great gas mileage, and was comfortable.

The process of picking up the van and getting additional insurance coverage was easy and booking through Costco Travel was simple and user-friendly. I received a call from the location on the morning of our return confirming we would be dropping off that day.

Returning the van was also great-- the employee was training a new employee and they did a thorough check of the van before confirming final details and sending me a receipt. Overall, all the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful and the rental process from reserving to picking up to returning was simple!”

“Great stuff here. I usually buy silk flowers to make arrangements. Their canned goods are very good except their brand of tomato sauces in the can. I mean crushed tomatos and tomato puree. You will be very sorry if you buy these products to make a meat sauce for macaroni. They are filled with the skins of the tomato. I mean I literally gagged. They got stuck on the roof of my mouth and I could not wash them down. It ruined my whole sauce. I had to start all over with a more popular brands. DO NOT BUY THEM!!!”

“I wanted to voice my thoughts on this day. I was here on this day when this lady came in to get a rental which she stated was reserved. As i was waiting patiently for Inga to help me with my reservation as she was already helping someone else and had two other ppl waiting before me. As my turn was coming up i step out the office to have a smoke as i was out there this same lady came out before me and was on the phone arguing with someone on her phone stated something about a race card. Which I happen to over hear . As i stated out smoking the same lady came over and was talking me to in regard to why do ppl in Connecticut think that new york ppl have nasty attitudes. She seemed like she was in a bad mood while she was here at location. The lady had mentioned she hope she dont have a issue with Inga while she was helping me under her breathe. I just kept my business to what I was there for. But Inga was very helpful with the process of getting my rental process and done so I could get on the road she was very polite and very knowledgeable about the services and what they have to offer the customers. I felt she showed me compassion during the whole ordeal. As for that customer to think that every person is racist is strongly wrong and inappropriate to say about other ppl and she dont know them. I would say that this woman need to rethink her actions while she was at the location on that day last Friday. Inga thank you for being professional during this matter as you stayed in the business mind set it just infused this lady to react the way she did saying racial things that didn't needed to be said.”
