The absolute worst customer service. 3 ladies behind the counter having a conversation, and did not stop their conversation AT ALL to check me out. No “Hello”, “how are you today?”, NOTHING. COMPLETELY unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude. Of course not one of them had a name tag on.

Melissa offered poor customer service. She was extremely unprofessional and obnoxious. I went to her to ask a question about an online order I placed. She clearly did not understand my question and repeatedly insisted in wanting to help although she could not help me. She went to the extent of raising her voice, loud enough to have other customers look over to her. I told her not to worry and let her know I would wait for my email. Clearly she couldn’t stand her own frustration and did not want to let it go. I had another team member assist me and yet she continued yelling saying she didn’t understand. Melissa needs a refresher on customer service!

This DICK'S Sporting Goods located in Waterbury I must say is one of the best I have visited the service and atmosphere is top notch I mean from the start you stepped in the store all the employees are so courteous and polite specially the shoes department I had a big help from Deejay(Dj) awesome kid, he helped on getting the right shoe for my nephew it was the perfect Christmas gift and he loves them shoes. If you looking to buy sporting goods I highly recommend visiting this store located in Waterbury I had a great experience.

Went there to get a couple pairs of hiking boots they have just about nothing. 3 different pairs of so-called hiking boots/junk and about the same for work boots totally wasted my morning driving there. Seems like their only concern is running shoes??? Will never go back
