“Jasmine is amazing. Long story short, I ordered a pendant as a gift and it had a time restriction. I was told it would be in no problem. The day before the event, 2 days after the promised date of delivery, it still was not in. After being told on the phone by another associate that I could be refunded but that's all, I went to the store. Jasmine, who took my original order, was visibly concerned and wanted to make right. She got on the phone, made a couple calls and had the pendant in my hands within 24 hours. Today you don't find many that are true to the old school fashion of customer service. Thank you Jasmine, for going above and beyond and setting yourself apart from others. It is her customer service that will make me go to that store next time I need any jewelry.”

“This location was so busy on a Wednesday afternoon even during the pandemic! There were only two staff members working but they were all truly trying their best to make the customers happy and were very thoughtful even with the stress. Kids were running everywhere even behind the counter (eye roll) and the two employees still kept their composure.”
