I like Kohl's in Waterbury. It's local and in a good area. It's neat and the bathrooms are clean. I love that you can do Amazon returns here. I rarely go shopping and Gabriella was a big help at the register to make sure I used all of my available coupons. Thanks!

I could not remember if I was greeted upon my arrival. Which doesn't matter to me. I walk in thinking about what I'm getting not who I'm talking to. Everyone in the store was courteous and helpful. Had a great selection and a store was clean... A great experience!
