“Kohls in Waterbury has excellent customer service. Their associate are friendly & knowledgeable. I wish people would learn from the associate named Marie. She's a sweetheart ? she's kind & takes the time to listen to the customer. She's a reflection of impeccable customer service!!! She also goes out her way to greet customers even when she's busy checking out the people in front of her. Oh, I can't forget the associate at the Sephora station. I don't know her name, but I tell you...she was friendly & a great SALES PERSON!!!”

Jacob and the Manager on duty that evening were respectful and attentive! Jacob recommended some basketball sneakers for my son... I came the following week and purchased them. Thank you Jacob! If the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me out then Devon was very nice, he was happy to get whatever sizes I needed and told me about the sales going on. And the woman working was very polite as well. I’m glad because I hate walking in a store and not feeling welcome, it happens in shoe stores a lot I feel like. But this was a good experience.❤️”
