Never had an issue with returning defective merchandise. And no, I'm not one of those customers. Had two legit returns, and the staff handled it accordingly. This is my one-stop for my dog several times a month.

The girls here did an amazing job with him! They were able to give him a great haircut and nail trim despite not being able to get him in the tub. Not a problem, I can bathe him at home. So professional and fairly priced! We will be returning.
