  Once Sterling took over Webster Bank it’s been down hill customer service. Communication is awful. Fees are constant even though I have a lot of money in my accounts. Attitude is they could care less if you leave. Really disappointing.

  The bank treated me like a criminal!!! I am a disabled American veteran who had a top Secret clearance. Just because I am Puerto Rican doesn't mean that I am a thief.
