This location is extremely slow. I just spent 30 mins waiting to be attended. Need to hire more people that know what they’re doing. Taking my business elsewhere.

Never a pleasant experienced coming to this branch. The 2 tellers today very unprofessional. Took 5 minutes of me waiting to even be greeted that they’ll be right with me. Then the tellers are more concerned about my money than I am. Horrible horrible avoid at all cost. Drive to Wolcott st branch and thank me later.

The sign at the drive-up window shows that the Reidville drive Webster Bank lobby is open until 5:00 p.m. as is the drive-thru teller. I pulled up at 4:10 p.m. and both were closed. Needed to make a check deposit with a deposit slip and needed a teller. Drove all the way over there to have them closed. Please update your... read full comment
