“I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership and was worried that being a woman I would be taken advantage of. Premier Subaru of Middlebury put all my fears to rest. The staff was so amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I cannot say enough great things about them and if I should need another vehicle, I will not go anywhere else.”

“There is a reason this shop has consistent 5 star reviews. Well deserved. I brought my car in to have a single leather panel on the driver side seat replaced as well as my headliner. There was a small rip on the original panel from years of use. The owner informed me that only the panel would have to be replaced, not the leather covering the entire seat. The work done on the seat was perfect. He restored the seat to a factory look. The pics of the seat have a small yellow arrow below the window side panel on the driver seat pointing to the panel that was replaced. He matched the leather perfectly. Regarding the headliner, I did not want to replace the factory material on the 4 columns holding up the car's roof because the material still looks brand new. The owner of the shop helped me pick out the material for the headliner that matched the column. The pictures of the headliner show that the car looks like a factory installation. Great work, especially around the sunroof, visors and interior roof handles. The work was a next day turnaround by mid-afternoon. I highly recommend this shop. Expect to book at least a month to two months out.”

“Okay..... So to be fair, I was a detailer for a long time, and have bought for them for well over 20 years. However, that being said, I can tell you that these guys have everything. And what they do not carry in store, they can lay hands-on very quickly.”

“Egan Sarojak from Shaker's Ford Lincoln dealership was AWESOME from the moment we arrived on the lot. He greeted my wife and I very professionally as soon as we arrived and asked if we needed help. He was very knowledgeable and informative as we took a test drive in the Lincoln Aviator. He showed no pressure for us to purchase and was very respectful of our privacy in discussing our purchase. Egan guided us through the process of buying our car and made everything go smoothly , even offering to come in on his day off for us to pick up our NEW car. We want to thank him and all of the Shaker's staff for a wonderful experience. Happy New Year to you all! Kevin and Michele Murray”
