Great customer service goes a long way - and I experienced nothing less from AJ. This morning he helped to replace by bad battery, all while manning the entire store by himself. Call outs happen, so I was more than understanding compared to some other customers he had to deal with…which AJ handled perfectly. 5/5 for me - would definitely recommend! Thanks AJ!! :-)

The other day I went to the store because my car battery died their was only one girl she was Spanish she was really helpful she help me out the phone of the store was blowing up and a whole line by herself helping customer and still went outside and help me good job. Will be going more often

After being sold a headlight bulb that was previously opened (I didn’t mind), I attempted to return it and the man at the counter proceeded to be extremely rude to me. He said “I cant accept this. I mean would you buy this?” in an extremely rude tone. When I had never even opened it. It was literally sold to me like that. So I now have about $250 in headlights that I cannot return. I don't understand why the man at the counter had to be so rude for absolutely no reason. Apparently some people feel like they can talk down on others. Will never be going here again.

They have car parts. Usually the ones needed for common cars. Online orders are simple. Reward system is not as good as advanced auto parts. So expect them to have a break caliper for your Audi S4 or something like that.

I call ask if there is someone who speaks Spanish they will send it to me ask if they have a brake master cylinder he tells me if he gives me like 5 different prices than if 7$ 24$ 30$ 40$ then he tells me that if I look for some water I mean the ni He knows what I was talking about and then he told me that they don't have it. When he told me that yes, I asked him but why are you telling me that it's worth $7 and then $40, etc. He caught me and got caught in the face. I go back and call and the person who answers is spoiled, they left me on the line for like 15 minutes and I ended up hanging up the call. They are not professional at all

Went there today to get a rear caliper mounting bolt for a car. As a woman I was clueless.. so I asked the pretty boy behind the counter for assistance but he seemed like he had better things to do . He pointed me to the isle to try to find the item on my own.. needless to say this young man should not be working in customer service. He acted like he was too busy to help me.. which he wasn't.. after becoming frustrated As I was leaving he asked me if I found what I was looking for.. I replied no, Iam just going to go over to advanced auto maybe they can help me, which they did. Please choose Advanced Auto over this place.. the guys there are very friendly, willing to help . You don't seem like a bother to them!!

Since my complaint a few years ago, this location is now generally clean, well staffed and minimal loafing. The staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful.
