My husband had to go to the Watertown location today because the driver made ONE attempt on his high priced sneakers before marking them as “refused service” despite not making the 3 required attempts per FedEx policy. He went to the location and the woman at the counter stated she was printing the return to sender label. I have no doubt that the driver who had our route today was going to steal his shoes.

Mark was an absolute pleasure! He greeted me and had the box all ready for me to package and ship my item before I even entered! He then packaged it and taped it up for me without me even having to say a word. Thanks again as well as excellent customer service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve sent pictures to show proof that where the package was delivered was not the same building. The wrong delivery address clearly had siding where as the correct address had none. It’s a Drs office. I’m extremely disappointed that they denied my request for a refund. So now someone is enjoying a $300 item that I am paying for. All because of someone’s incompetence.

I think our FedEx delivery person is a good guy BUT HE CANT BE DRIVING 60MPH IN OUR PARK WITH 20MPH SIGNS EVERYWHERE !!!!

The driver Andrew who is a African American male dropped off packages to my house multiple times and they have gotten stolen each time 12 mins apart is like he’s calling people to steal my packages after they are delivered . I’m not sure how fedex would handle this . I have cameras all over my home and have proof this has happened multiple times .

Same said they attempted to deliver did not even get a note. Stayed home all day no knock no nothing. They checked their cameras; come to find out something my Apple product was stolen!! This place is terrible!!!!
