She inquired as to what we might be interested in and also why we might want to replace our current mattress. She walked us through a number of possibilities, carefully explaining the attributes of each - no pressure at all. Her patience and knowledge were very much appreciated and when we did decide on our choice it was clear that she helped us so much - without her we might still be wandering your showroom.”

“Let me start by saying, if I could give this review 10 stars I would! Kim at S&B was professional and personable and made our home a warm and comfortable place to be. Her interior design skills are unmatched and, almost effortlessly, she was able to capture my vision and bring it to life. In addition, she was able to incorporate my sentimental pieces into my current style, something I struggled with for years!Both of her store locations offer a great variety of quality home furnishings and accessories - definitely worth making an appointment to see. I would recommend Kim’s services to all - Kim not only creates with her eyes, but with her heart!”

“They have been around for a long time and always give great service. My desk lamp failed and I took it in for repair. The shop has some nice shade selections as well. It is rare to find a lamp repair place and I’m hoping they stay around for a long time. Plus the added bonus of being 3 doors down from Ovens of France!”

Robert is a very professional person who treats his customers and sellers with the utmost respect. His love for beautiful furniture and decoration pieces is obvious when you look at his website and visit his store. They have met all my needs and has been working with me for a few years now so I am a regular customer to them. Ive been hearing some of y'all customers getting loud with the mangers and the people who work at the store. Be grateful that y’all receiving furniture I bet you if y’all when else where you wouldn’t be receiving furniture and that your bank accounts would be getting low. If you give respect then you will receive respect. If you customers be disrespectful you will get disrespected back. Simple. Reading these comments yall people especially the ones who has mommy and daddy to save yall is real disgustingly disrespectful watch your tone with people especially with certain ones bc your tone can get ripped tf out of your throat.
Now to the managers and to the people who work at this store thank you for putting up with all these rude people very day and not allowing them to walk all over you. “I purchased a mattress online from The Mattress Firm. I made a mistake with the mattress itself as I bought a medium instead of a firm. This was an oversight on my behalf nothing to do with the Mattress Firm or the store located in Southbury. The general manager happened to be working at that store Mr Steve Boski. I explained my situation to Steve he understood my situation and he called me back within 10 minutes with a solution. Within 10 minutes he was able to accept my original Mattress back and set up a delivery date for the firm mattress. I would definitely recommend purchasing mattresses at The Mattress Firm and I will make two more purchases for my two kids within the next 6 months.”
