The location has a rustic feel but the workouts are more intense, in a good way, and you get so much more than any other gym in general! The trainers are great and know their stuff and overall I am happy coming here for my workouts! If you every feel like your in a ruthless working out come here and do the classes, you'll find that breakthrough here.”
