Terrible Service call to ask a question and the guy said we cannot help you and just hung up

My $3000 TV has a small green and red line going from up to down and He told me it would be cheaper to buy a new TV

I gave a 1 star because it was my first time calling them and when I was explaining my tv situation the guy cut me off and told we don’t deal with that then hung up on me. Like really? Very unprofessional
