Bought 6 dining chairs and 3 counter stools. Ordered in October 2023. Several chairs and counters stools had to be replaced several times as they arrived broken or with paint chips. It’s February 2024 and still waiting for one replacement dining chair. A replacement counter stool came end of January. First time seating this week and it broke. Fortunately no one was hurt.Tried to return to Crate n barrel in West Hartford where all furniture was purchased but was told could not guarantee a replacement or refund. Waiting for manager to call backDeeply disappointed with the overall experienceWe hope they refund the amount as we don’t trust that these chairs will hold up.

Not store specific, but if the pitch is lifetime warranty then don't bother. It won't be fulfilled and every imaginable excuse will be made.

Be vigilant if you place an online order for store pickup at this location. I’ve placed two orders here in the last few years and both orders have been missing multiple items at pickup.

I had a fantastic experience with Linda! She was so incredibly helpful, personable and went out of her way to help me bring my bags to my car. She did a great job up selling me?. I hope the GM knows what a gem she is to have working there! Thanks Linda!!

We used Crate & Barrel for our wedding registry & have loved the ease of the website. The store we visited to create our registry (Durham, NC) had amazing customer service & went above & beyond to make our experience positive. This store is the opposite!!Walked in yesterday to do a return & I had to literally search for an employee (they were in a back corner talking to each other) & then I stood there a few minutes before they acknowledged me. We had received a Cuisinart coffee maker we ordered from them the day before and when we filled the water basin, it did not register that it was filled and would not work. The employee at first would not let me return it because it was "used" -- this policy is terrible... sell customers a faulty machine ($150+ too) they can't even use once & they're just out of luck? How else would we know it's broken besides trying to use it?Likely because of my expressed annoyance, the employee did end up give me store credit, but her rudeness through the whole process was palpable & unnecessary. This is not the Crate & Barrel experience we have received in other stores and we're so disappointed because we have recommended them to so many friends getting engaged...

Seamless experience returning without a receipt for a damaged goods exchange on 2 registry items. No issues and friendly staff. Still can't get over some of the astronomically priced items in the store!
