I absolutely love the 1031 New Britain Ave location. It’s always clean, the staff is professional, kind and courteous. The office manager Ashley is amazing. She always go above and beyond for her customers. She treats everyone with respect. She is also helpful and resourceful and I appreciate that😊

This is my very first time ever renting and it was such a Breeze. Kapil was so Great! He was very informative and definitely helped me find the best sized unit. He was patient and friendly. I can honestly say without a doubt, he eased away any doubt or anxiety I had walking in. Thank you so much!
2 Year Update:
The prices get a little high sometimes but I really appreciate Ashley! She's always there to help me figure it out and get it all situated with ease! I do wish there was like some long standing customer perks but lol overall, it's been pretty good. No complaints.
