“"Work in Progress" WIP is a great gym! Local Owners, friendly environment, amazing Coaches and awesome programming! This personalized gym is for every level, from beginner to advanced. Classes change each week and completely new programs every month. Multiple class times are available every day, so you can go when it works best for your schedule, mornings, noon, evenings and weekends. Weekly class format switches up between Strength, Metabolic, Endurance, Core, and some classes are a combination of everything. Yoga and Zumba are also offered at WIP, and the instructors are excellent! All the Coaches are attentive, encouraging and hands on. “From the moment I walked in, this place had a good feel to it. As compared to other similar places, their facilities are cleaner and not dingy, membership model is sooo worth it because it includes unlimited play time and unlimited classes, the hours and timings are more suitable for working parents as well.
i love the teachers here, and the overall energy and environment of the place. they have just the right amount of engagement with the kids, they keep it casual with no pressure, no activities are forced and kids are free to play and explore as they wish.
I have had mixed experiences at other similar establishments but this location addressed all of my concerns and I will be here to stay, this place is everything I've been looking for! Especially for the colder months when playing outside is not an option I already know this place is going to be a lifesaver.”

“North Main WH- I love coming here and so does everybody else because it’s always somewhat full. There’s multiple areas to use free weights so I wouldn’t say it’s too busy that there’s a waiting queue. I’ve been enjoying the semi private personal training and have learned a lot about effective/safe weightlifting. This location stays pretty clean and I see the effort from staff and the members.”
“I enjoy my experience at edge fitness the staff is very friendly. There’s plenty of equipment. The only recommendation I have is please add some Pilates machines and some napkins in the locker rooms. Otherwise very great place to come and work out get in shape lose weight feel healthier and more confident I overall have done very well in the past year of attending the gym four times a week”

They’re not only amazing and knowledgeable coaches, but they also care about every single person in their classes and make sure you’ll do the exercises with the right form and weight.
