I returned to CrossFit after a hiatus while having kids, and it has been so much fun. The 6am class works best for me with having little kids at home, and I love starting the day here. I’m always so excited to go. All the members are so welcoming. I was intimidated to return to CrossFit, but after my first class, I felt like I’d always been of the community.
Erik, the owner, creates exceptional programming. It is truly a full scope of fitness, not just traditional CrossFit. The programming is sustainable, I never feel burnt out, and I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and overall more athletic since starting here about a year ago. All the coaches are excellent, make you feel incredibly welcome, and give quantifiable feedback so you continue to improve.
I’m grateful to be here and can’t wait to see how my fitness journey continues at Viking Athletics.”

I also loved the fact that they set up and did so much for me. I am a party planner and a bit of a control freak but they did everything SO perfect. “I enjoy my experience at edge fitness the staff is very friendly. There’s plenty of equipment. The only recommendation I have is please add some Pilates machines and some napkins in the locker rooms. Otherwise very great place to come and work out get in shape lose weight feel healthier and more confident I overall have done very well in the past year of attending the gym four times a week”
“I started going to F45 about 2 years ago and absolutely love it. There are adults in there of all ages and fitness levels. I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. You're in about in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. They utilize a user friendly app so you can reserve a spot in the class time you want. My favorite part is what a nice community of people are there. You can count on running into familiar friendly faces that step up and cheer each other on each time. If you are new to working out, an experienced athlete or anywhere in between, definitely give F45 a try. As a local Chiropractor, I enjoy regularly referring my patients here as part of their self care plan.”
