They are AMAZING. If you ever need any kielbasa or kiebonsy they are the best. Highly recommend...Thank you again Sarah for opening the door when you were closed. “We absolutely love Killam & Bassette Farmstead in South Glastonbury! We originally purchased a Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, and when we noticed the top had popped, they immediately told us to bring it back and swapped it out for a fresh jar with zero hassle. Their customer service is truly above and beyond.
Of course, while we were there we had to try more the Pumpkin Pie Jam and the Carrot Cake Jam and wow. Every single one is incredible. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every jar.
Their local artisan gift shop is wonderful too, full of beautiful items and that warm, welcoming atmosphere you only get from a family run farmstead. We only wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

“From the outside this place looks like a hole in the wall dump. I've driven by it a hundred times and never gone in until today, and they've got a pretty nice setup. They have great deals on chicken, fish, pork, and beef. They sell cheeses, eggs and spices as well. Check it out sometime, buy lunch or chicken in bulk boxes.”

“I'll state the obvious first: if you're looking to cook meat, this butcher is the place to go. Super friendly, helpful, and the best quality around. But the real reason I frequent Hall's so often: The deli counter is a local TREASURE. From the pre-made foods to made-to-order sandwiches, I've never ordered something I didn't love. If you haven't tried "Dave's Favorite" sandwich, you're missing out - go order it immediately and thank me later. The pasta salad is also incomparable. And my husband's personal trick: order a BEC breakfast sandwich with caramelized onions and chipotle mayo. No breakfast sandwich will ever compare.”
