“Crown Market catered my grandsons Bris a few days ago and we were very pleased. Being new to the area I was somewhat skeptical at first ordering for this occasion but it was very well done. The platters were arranged in a lovely manner. But most of all, everything from the Nova to the desserts were delicious. Matt and Sarah adequately fulfilled the order. My only slight complaint is that the bagels need to be cut more evenly. However as a former New Yorker I am pleased to have found the Crown Market for Kosher food and now for catering.”
“If I am going to eat pasta, it has to be the best -- I can honestly say that More Italian Pasta Lab offers the best homemade pasta I've ever had outside of Italy -- And it's nearby in West Hartord Center.
The ravioli are perfection fresh, but even after freezing, too. The ingredients are from Italy, which makes the pasta itself so much better in every way. And the service was friendly, personal, helpful, and generous of time. I'm so happy to share a glowing 5-star review to the owners and staff of More Italian Pasta Lab!”

Their hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm. Price-Rite Marketplace sells Shop-Rite's brands they are Bowl 🥣 & Basket 🧺 Paper 📃 Bird 🐦 🐦⬛ and Wholesome Pantry. Price-Rite Marketplace was formerly Caldor and Ames. I remembered in 2002 after Ames and Caldor closed the Town of West Hartford decided to build a Price-Rite Marketplace there plus they removed the old wing 🪽 from.the former caldors and ames stores and renovated that whole strip and expanded it even subdivided it into Super Saver Laundromat Price-Rite Marketplace Niki's Dollar Store Nail 💅 Salon Loco Deals of West Hartford and a Harbor Freight Tools 🔧 Stores then they added in front of the Price-Rite Plaza a O'Reilly's Auto 🛺 Parts Store too. Back then there was before was a Salvation Army Thrift Stores Joey'z Shopping 🛍 Spree and Blast Fitness Clubs/Centers but those are now gone. By the way Price-Rite Marketplace Plaza has LED lights too.”
“Wonderful, clean indian/pakistani grocery store and butcher shop that also offers delicious prepared takeaway food. They have fresh, clean goat paya. Highly recommend the chicken sheekh kebab and tandoori chicken takeaway.”

“Royal Indian Grocery is an absolute gem in West Hartford for all your South Asian cooking needs. The store is incredibly well-organized, clean, and stocked with an amazing variety of authentic products. Their spice aisle is unmatched, and they have an excellent selection of lentils, premium rice, snacks, and deep frozen foods (the frozen naan and paratha selection is fantastic). The produce section is always fresh, featuring hard-to-find vegetables like fresh okra, chilies, and curry leaves. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help you find what you need. It's a top-tier neighborhood staple!”
“I'll state the obvious first: if you're looking to cook meat, this butcher is the place to go. Super friendly, helpful, and the best quality around. But the real reason I frequent Hall's so often: The deli counter is a local TREASURE. From the pre-made foods to made-to-order sandwiches, I've never ordered something I didn't love. If you haven't tried "Dave's Favorite" sandwich, you're missing out - go order it immediately and thank me later. The pasta salad is also incomparable. And my husband's personal trick: order a BEC breakfast sandwich with caramelized onions and chipotle mayo. No breakfast sandwich will ever compare.”

“Whole Foods is an interesting store but a bit pricey. They always seem busy and I love that they have an Amazon pickup center. I also enjoy the variety of premade foods. I like the store overall.”
“The Big Y in Bishop's Corner is unique in that it has products and a special area to support the local Jewish community. That said, it is smaller and relatively dated compared to other Big Y stores. The staff are friendly and helpful.”
“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

Sale flyers are available as you approach the next leg of the race. They have a ebb and flow produce section and state of the art digital scale that also prints out the price tag!! Game changer!!! You can choose to use the scanner to shop and it will save you time at the register! They have a organized system with a exit greeter to help you navigate which check out is available. Even though I found it pricey to shop with my budget, but They offered lots of sales! They have a variety of selections and customers service is at the excellence level! What a enjoyable shopping experience!All Covid 19 protocols were followed !! Satisfied Returning Customer!!”

- Great selection of snacks, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat meals.
- Lots of unique Trader Joe’s products that are hard to find elsewhere.
- The staff is usually friendly and helpful.
- The store is clean and well organized.
- Good quality for the price.
- I especially enjoy checking out their seasonal and new products.
Overall, Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite places for groceries and snacks. There’s almost always something new and interesting to try!”
