I didn’t get the worker’s name, which was a mistake because he was so friendly and professional but he deserves so much praise. Such a simple gesture of kindness has improved my awful day. I have never heard of this business before today but whenever I need medical supplies again, I will tell my doctor to send them here. I randomly received a call, I didn’t know my doctor ordered anything, I showed up 5 minutes later and my paperwork was ready for signing and my order was packed. He was a young black man and just had such a positive energy, he is doing a great job!”

“I went to Relax The Back in West Hartford yesterday specifically to try a Human Touch massage chair, but ended up falling in love with the Cozzia Quantum instead! Annie was great. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient, answered all of them, and never made me feel rushed. I was able to take my time trying several different massage chairs. I’m really glad I stopped in because I ended up liking something completely different than what I went in expecting.”
