“I'm suprised at some of the reviews. I at first though the same thing. Why wasn't I getting my machine if it was so improtant? Why wasn't I getting phone calls? Until I realized it wasn't J&L it was the medical assistant from my doctor's office. Once me and J&L realized this communication was smooth and everything was up and running. They went hard to get me my machine and supplies because the MA wasn't doing her job. And when I needed a different mask it took 5 min over the phone and they sent it out for delivery as an emergency so I wouldn't go without.”

“Above 5 Star service. With our local store having closed, we called a store 90 miles away to help with a needed repair (after 9+ years of near-constant usage) on a zero gravity chair. Jesse Hogan sprung into action; he called the manufacturer, and is well on the way to solving our problem. He has been informing us of every step in the process. I did not think customer care responsiveness like that does not exist anymore. Cannot recommend this store more.”
