“I went to Relax The Back in West Hartford yesterday specifically to try a Human Touch massage chair, but ended up falling in love with the Cozzia Quantum instead! Annie was great. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient, answered all of them, and never made me feel rushed. I was able to take my time trying several different massage chairs. I’m really glad I stopped in because I ended up liking something completely different than what I went in expecting.”

“Oh my goodness I don't know how much I can express my appreciation to this whole pharmacy crew end the delivery guy. They were the most reliable and caring pharmacy I've encountered in a long time and after a back surgery you need that and if it wasn't for them I don't know what I would do they make me feel like even if I had no insurance they were going to take care of me and that's what they've been doing for the last 3 months even when you forget that you might have something coming they make sure you have what you might need what a blessing this place is I wish it was closer to Meriden. I wish I could go to them and personally thank them for being one of the only solid things I had to rely on after this procedure more than family more than friends between them and Hartford hospital they were my village and I appreciate them all so very very much! 🙏🙌

“I’ve been having a terrible day in a terrible month in a terrible year but my visit to this location was short but made a big difference. I didn’t get the worker’s name, which was a mistake because he was so friendly and professional but he deserves so much praise. Such a simple gesture of kindness has improved my awful day. I have never heard of this business before today but whenever I need medical supplies again, I will tell my doctor to send them here. I randomly received a call, I didn’t know my doctor ordered anything, I showed up 5 minutes later and my paperwork was ready for signing and my order was packed. He was a young black man and just had such a positive energy, he is doing a great job!”
