I'd drive 15 miles out of my way to go to this particular UPS Store! They are kind and don't mind helping. They work well together like a well-oiled machine. Definitely worth my trip every time.

The place closes at 6:20 PM today is July 17 I went there to return something that came from Amazon, which was delivered to my house from UPS destroyed. The lady gonna tell me and needs to come in the original box. It came in which this is the original box it came in. She say the thing is sticking out and needs to be taped up. I said OK then let’s tape it up. She says oh I said OK cool I’ll pay for it. Let’s tape it up. Oh no, I can’t do it, I’m trying to get this shipped out by deadline and don’t wanna do it because the box came in original box came in Young black lady she supposed to be representing the black community and this is how she treats people of minorities then the young guy, Mexican guy he want to stay here and laughing people face, and think it’s funny UPS she needs to do better. I see a lot of reviews on people complaining and it’s crazy to be delivering and stuff coming damage and then you guys don’t want to take it back. I’ll give people a hard time you guys gotta do.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the experience I had at your store on Tuesday June 17
During my visit, I was treated unprofessionally by an employee who not only delayed the process but also made false accusations, claiming I had not paid despite the fact that the transaction was already being handled. She also continuously complained about the box I brought in, even though it was secure and properly packaged, simply not using UPS-branded tape and she was giving me attitude when i asked why isnt it allowed thats all. Her attitude was dismissive and made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be.

The notary lady here on 26th March 25 was very difficult. We came to get a foreign document notarized for signature and send off. While the document list witness it was not required and we called the law firm in her presence and they stated that for the purpose of our case a witness is not required and we only needed to sign where our name was and send it to them, the notary woman said she’s not signing. I don’t know what importance she thinks her signature has when the law firm who created the document stated a witness is not needed for our purpose….get over yourself lady. This UPS has an incompetent dismissive notary who wastes people’s time. Force us to reprint because we already signed in front of her. 0 starts

I always come here for my Amazon returns and usually have a good experience. The staff is quick and efficient. Returning products from Amazon here is a breeze, besides the occasional long line.
