“December 26, 2023Walked into my favorite 7/11 In West Haven on sawmill RoadIt’s always friendly love the staff but there is one girl working the morning8 AM shift Always has a very bad attitude.I nicely Asked why the espresso machine was still down after four days of me going in there it still saying it Has to be cleaned she said :“I don’t know I just got here “so then I asked her if she could clean the machine for me so I can get espresso. She replied : “it’ll take 15 minutes before it is cleaned. “I then stated “it Might as well get cleaned anyway” (which is the truth.)She then turned and looked at me and aggressively said: “don’t, don’t… “.If you are from where I’m from you know when someone looks at you like that and tells you don’t that means don’t try meI smiled said God bless you you may go on about your way and I was very uncomfortable. The entire time I then asked asked for the corporate number I was told the manager comes in at three, so I was denied the corporate number as well.Otherwise, the place is amazing love the coffee love the people just some glitches in the chain that needs to be straightened out.”
