“While driving on I95 S I had an issue with my right front tire. It was losing air and I pulled off the exit that leads to the dealership hoping to find an air pump at the gas station across from Westbrook Honda. To my dismay, there was no air pump to be found. I pulled into the service area of the dealership and the Service Associate Seth took my car into the service bay and the end result was my tire was beyond filling with air and they put the spare tire on the car. I do not drive a Honda and I as I was a woman driving alone I cannot tell you how kind and considerate that Seth, the service technician and the service manager Glen were. I offered to pay for the services provided and they declined. This speak to the culture of service that appears to be pervasive in this dealership. It is so nice to write a review of this nature.
