My husband brought me to Deep River Jewelry Design to purchase a 35th wedding anniversary gift for me. As soon as we connected with Nolan Sponsler I knew we were in for something special! He created a truly unique diamond tennis bracelet which holds deep personal meaning for me and also exceeded every expectation I had!
The level of personalized customer service was unparalleled! Nolan and his team took the time to genuinely listen to our ideas and offer insightful suggestions that really elevated the design. They were patient, communicative, and made us feel that our project was a top priority, providing updates and at times seeking input along the way. It felt more like a collaboration than just a retail transaction. Nolan, Stephanie and Bianca made us feel like welcomed friends and not just customers which is very important to me personally. Time and patience are hard to come by in today's world.
The final piece was absolutely breathtaking! When I was presented with the finished bracelet, I was blown away! Nolan's craftsmanship was flawless! His attention to detail, the precision and stone choice demonstrated his dedication to excellence. We loved his work so much, he is now working on another project for us!

“Fantastic and somewhat eclectic variety of items but the real treasure here is the woman who was working there Sunday morning (7/30). In addition to being such a charming and pleasant person she was also just amazing in how helpful she was to people coming in the store. One poor woman was out of dog poop bags and the woman didn't hesitate to find her a couple small bags and give the dog a couple treats! We never got a chance to finish our shopping here but we'll be back in a few weeks. I see several xmas gifts with Emmy's name on them!”

First and foremost, their selection was tight and of good quality. Great selection of silver and gold. You can also order stuff with them, too, if you wanted to. Great staff, and a fully furnished lab in the rear of the store for cleaning, repairing, and adjustments. Thanks for helping me that day!”
