“The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”

“For a chain pet store, this Petco is doing just fine. They have a nice selection of groomers, friendly faces behind the register, and plenty of our pups' food in stock. The layout of the store sometimes makes it hard for staff to see you're ready to checkout, but that usually only is an issue during off hours. This location is on the smaller side (maybe a little bigger than the Guilford store?) and feels a little dingier, but they have all I need so...”

“I just wanted to thank Choice Pet for being there and having such amazing employees. My wife and I have been popping in and out when we needed certain things (the old saybrook location is close to our home) but we bought the majority of our dog food at another business, until one day my wife and I were in a jam and while the store I gave my loyalty to didn’t have any interest in helping me out, your business, Choice Pet went above and beyond to help us in our dilemma! The location itself didn’t have what we needed at that moment but the manager called other locations until she found what we needed and then personally drove to a whole different town and got it for us before we left! Ever since she has been able to put in special orders for us, and the products we need and they have been so reliable and kind!! They call when our items come in and even help my wife bring bags out when she needs the help! It’s great to see people still care about their jobs and really care about their customers.
