“GENEROSITY & INTEGRITY. I reached out to Quicktex thinking I had lost 15yrs of work in the process of transferring data from DropBox to external drives. Before I could make a mirror copy the brand new drive failed. Thinking I was past the restore period I called Mike in a panic. He was generous with his time and knowledge and rather than saying bring it in and I'll charge you a diagnostic fee he first said "are you 100% sure you can't restore your data"? Turns out I had 180 days, not 30, and it was all still there. I feel like most people just take the work, rather than the high road on which you sometimes talk yourself out of job. Had we not spoken I would have given up and moved onto recovery. You can't put a price on integrity but that's what I value most in a professional. If I ever have issues in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call on Quicktex. Mike saved me time, money and a s$%! ton of stress.”
