DO NOT make an appointment for passport renewal here. They cancel ALL the time. Happened to us 3x. The last one without notification at all. We were already there with our documents. Don't even bother with this post office if you actually want your passports renewed.

Just don't bother.
Absolutely zero commitment to appointments for passports. If you have an appointment to get your passport here, just make one somehwere else, because this location will just call you 15 minutes before to let you know that the person you've made an appointment with has been on vacation since 4 days prior, but they just decided to not let you know until the bottom of the 9th inning. It would have been common courtesy to let us know as soon as they knew the appointment wouldn't work so we could reschedule. Maybe Doge should look into this 🧐

So disrespectful to my father, my mother and I. We went in for my passport renewal and that lady at the front would blurt out things that were supposed to be private for the whole office to hear. She asked very personal questions and racist/unrelated questions. When she took my picture she acted like she didn’t want to be there. Girl then just leave the job if you’re so miserable? Honestly do better.

Had a great experience. I don’t remember the guys name who helped me, but he was polite and helpful in his directions on what I needed to ensure my parcels arrived safely and to the correct locations.

Horrible service. Rude and nasty Really embarrassed for the town.
The old post office had the best service and people.

I've been always having a good experience here. Very professional and polite staff. Somehow Jason is the only one helping me all the time, from getting stamps to having pictures taken for my kid's passport. (He is either working too much or i just have been lucky :). )

if my regular mailman Ishmael, who is wonderful is not working, my mail does not get collected even though it’s sitting in my mailbox properly stamped and with the red flag up. it’s hardly rocket science is it? Many times have I had to chase after the mailman and remind him that this means there’s mail to collect… come on post office. Surely you can do better than this

Rude workers. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Frequently long lines. Going to this USPS is guaranteed to be a negative experience.

With the exception of one employee, the staff is perpetually unfriendly, the line is slow to move and if you need to seal a box they will make you buy a roll of tape rather than give you a piece from the open roll behind the counter. It’s worth a longer drive to have a pleasant experience at Green Farms or Norwalk. (I’ve debated sharing a negative review but my experience has been consistently negative over the last two years with the exception of the one nice guy.)

Terrible experience. The package was dropped off Tuesday, oct 10, but you still have it there on Friday , Oct 13! Let my package go!! Send it on!! Our office building on Turkey Hill Road South in Westport is lucky if we get mail delivered twice a week. We dont have a regular mail carrier and many people stop just to use the restroom and then continue on their way. No pride in their job or a commitment to excellence. Small businesses like mine depend on regular mail delivery. Westport isnpathetic.
