“Place is absolutely immaculate. Moment we walked in we were greeted with champagne at the front desk. Check in was a breeze, room ready early. Staff super nice. Rooms were so clean, beds were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were quiet. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. We stayed here to go to concert at Hartford theatre and only 15 min away. Def more of a 5 star hotel in my opinion.”
